Follow up inspection. Infractions corrected: 1. Cleaning of required areas completed. Old spills have been cleaned up. 2. Hand washing sink next to dish washer now has liquid soap and paper towels for hand washing. 3. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use both front and back of the house. Ensure to make solution as frequent as possible. Test trips in use. Recommendation: ensure food scoop handles remain clean to prevent further spills or food stains on containers and counters. If the scoop handle is in the food it is too short. Facility in compliance.
