Pest control has been in and found a few areas of concern where mice may be getting in. Owner is aware and will be fixing hole in wall under hand sink and door sweep -1 bag of floor has been chewed again, and will be discarded -droppings found behind the mixer, cleaned and sanitized during inspection -large bins for flour on order, for now reduce the amount of floor on site to what fits in the smaller pails to make it pest proof -Pest control coming back next week to follow up and again the week after
