- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers), except for the small fridge which is used for storing pops
- Refrigeration units are equipped with thermometers
- Temperature log is in place
- Foods are stored off of floor and in pest-proof containers
- High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface
- The rinse cycle gauge on dishwasher broke but the operator has purchased a thermometer to monitor temperature at plate's surface
- General sanitation is good
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection
