Follow up Inspection
- tawi removed
- new light installed
- no cooked foods left at room temperature
- food covering in the walk in cooler has improved however couple of items still left uncovered. All foods in the walk in cooler must be covered.
- general sanitation has improved continue general cleaning. Clean the bulk food bins regularly and organize new dry storage area.
- more reusable food containers purchased. Continue replacing the non reusable containers.
