Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS sanitizer solution in a bucket measured 0ppm. This is a repeated violation. Further enforcement action will be taken if QUATS sanitizer does not maintain 200ppm
Corrective Action(s): Operator voluntarily replaced the QUATS sanitizer to 200ppm QUATS solution. Ensure the QUATS sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm at all times of operation

Observation: Few dead cockroaches found on a sticky trap by washing machine and by boiler. Pest control company has not been contacted yet.
Corrective Action(s): Call the pest control company and get the premises inspected by professionals. Remove dead cockroaches and clean the area.
