Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # CSWY-C3UM9W of Jun-09-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: 1. Hand sink in preparation area observed blocked. When hand sink was turned on water flowed on floor below. Hand sink not in good repair. Owner contacted a plumber to repair. 2. Paper towel holder in front area broken. Correction: 1. Plumber arrived on site to fix hand sink. Ensure the hand sink is assessable at all times. Inspector will return to ensure hand sink in good working order. 2. Repair paper towel holder in front area so staff can easily access paper towel.
