Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food items in glass display cooler were measured to be 7.1C. Food items were removed from glass display coolers during inspection
Corrective Action(s): Glass display cooler must be repaired or replaced to ensure it is able to cool food items to 4C or lower. Ensure glass display cooler is able to reach 4C or lower before placing any potentially hazardous food items inside.

Routine Inspection:

- Hand wash station had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 3 compartment sink available for dishwashing purposes
- 200ppm chlorine available in spray bottle *Reminder: Use chlorine test strips to determine accurate reading of sanitizer in spray bottle*
- Chlorine available for sanitizing dishware
- Freezer was measured to be -7C during inspection but was in the process of defrosting
