Follow-up to routine: - Droppings were removed from most areas, but still present in some areas. Photographs taken. Correction Order issued and explained to staff at this time, as owner was off site. REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS. Have all affected areas sanitized using 1000ppm chlorine solution. Droppings MUST be removed DAILY before initiating any food prep in the morning. Another follow-up inspection to be conducted tomorrow. Failure to comply with this Order will result in further enforcement action (i.e. issuance of Violation Ticket(s)).
