All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Quat sanitizer in bottle measured 200 PPM residual.
Soups and macaroni in warmers were 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
Liquid soap and paper towel are available at handsink.
Dishwasher final rinse had a 100 PPM chlorine residual on the plate surface.
Note: To replace floors in the kitchen in the near future. Ensure that floors are washable, impervious to moisture and non slip.
Temperature logs for dishwasher show that the minimum temperature for wash water must be 150 degrees F but according to the manufacturer, 120 degrees F minimum is required. Please make change to records.
