Comments

- Handsink in the front area is supplied with hot and cold running water liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - bottom shelves in prep cooler, two upright storage cooler in back area are less than 4C
- Freezers are less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is measured at greater than 60C. Secondary cook step is followed at the grill after cooking meat on the donair machine
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle at front is measured at 100ppm chlorine sanitizer
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
