Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink near the dishwasher lacked liquid soap at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure each handsink is supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels to enable proper handwashing near all food handling and ware-washing areas. Staff member re-stocked this handsink with liquid soap during the inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Greater than 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was meaured in the surface sanitizer spray bottle as the chlorine test strips were bleaching out.
Corrective Action(s): Staff setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer by diluting 1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water during the inspection. Ensure 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer is available to sanitize surfaces.

Comments

Staff member with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: April 11, 2027) was present on shift.
Handsink in the front service area was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
High temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature was at or above 71 degrees C (76.5 degrees C) at the plate level.
Ice machine was in a clean condition and the scoop was stored separately.
Food storage areas appeared clean.
Refrigeration units inside the facility and separate storage room were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers inside the facility and separate storage room were at or below -18 degrees C.
One refrigeration unit inside the storage room was not in use and empty of food. If this cooler is to be used in the future for storing potentially hazardous food, ensure it is maintained at or below 4 degrees C prior to using it.
Hot-held rice was at or above 60 degrees C.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Permit to operate was posted in a conspicuous location.
