General Comments:
Freezers are below -18 Degrees Celsius
Upright Fridgidaire cooler temperature is at 1 degC; top freezer temperature is -18 degC
Back hand sink and washroom sink are fully equipped
Quats was used to sanitize dishes and back food prep counter when sampling was in session. Operator has been instructed from head office to cease all sampling for now. AS DISCUSSED, ONCE SAMPLING RESUMES, YOU MUST USE AN APPROPRIATE SANITIZER TO WIPE DOWN ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES (SOL-X 5 is not meant for food contact surfaces as it requires a rinse).
