NOTE: facility does not currently have rodent infestation. However, all doors leading to kitchen do not have door skirt. It is a good idea to install door skirts to prevent entry should an infestation occur in the facility. This includes all storage areas.

NOTE: Facility does not conduct any on site cooking. All food items are prepared at Queen's Park Care Centre. No reheating on site as facility does not have equipment capable of reheating or cooking. All food items are checked at departure for internal temperatures of 180-190F and arrive on site at temperatures 160-170 F in cambrose units. Cleaning of cambrose units are cleaned and sanitized on site at this location.
