Handsink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water Sanitizer solution in spray bottles, reminder to mix 8ml sanitizer with 4L water for proper 200 ppm QUAT solution Upright cooler (2C), and upright freezer (-27C) measured within appropriate temperatures Domestic style dishwasher with sanitizing cycle available on site General sanitation was satisfactory, no evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection note: breakfast program runs from 8:00-8:30 daily. Lunch is delivered from BC Smart Harvest Foods in Delta in cambro boxes, distributed within 1 hour of arrival.
