Deli cooler @ 2oC-6oC. The bottom level of the cooler was @ 6oC. Ensure cooling temp is less than 4oC for the all levels. Monitor the temperature and call technician if the temperature does not drop.

Quat sanitizer in a spray bottle noted @ 200ppm. Ensure to have at least one sanitizer spray bottle out at the front counter at all time.
