Comments

-Cleaning procedures for meat cutting equipment reviewed. Clean equipment every four hours or in between types of meat and sanitize the equipment with bleach.
-Submit the most recent pest control invoice. Ensure that traps are present on site as a preventative measure.
-Ensure that repackaging of dry goods takes place adjacent to the sink in the back and not in the back storage room.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Bleach solution available.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Invoices for meat on site.
