Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice paddles are stored in water. Water changed every half hour. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items washed and sanitized in dishwasher.

Sanitizer solution available in spray bottles. Staff are diluting prepared ready to use sanitizer into buckets with wiping rags. Buckets filled with this solution have concentrations less than 200ppm QUAT. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Buckets poured out and spray bottles used.

Sanitizer solution is to be used as premade spray bottles OR obtain additional UNDILUTED bottles for staff to prepare as per manufacturer's directions (and have test strips available for testing solution) OR teach staff to use Chlorine and dilute into buckets (200ppm) (and obtain test strips for testing concentration).
