Comments

-Front display cooler was at 2C; Both prep coolers were less than 4C; Upright sliding door cooler was at 3C; Yogurt stored on ice was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -14C; Ice cream freezer was at -12C.
-Back cooler is used only for whole fruits and vegetables.
-3 compartment sink was approximately 100ppm. Ensure sanitizer is changed more often during busy periods (once per hour). Solution was remade and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Premixed sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-Dipper well running at the time of inspection.
-Food items properly covered and stored off the floor.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Customer washroom clean and sanitary.
-Walk-in freezer kick plate has been replaced and was in good condition.
