On Follow-Up:
Mice droppings under the shelves in the front have been cleaned up.
The area outside the walk-in cooler has been cleaned up. Handsink's fully equipped. RELOCATE THE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER SO IT'S NOT DIRECTLY UNDER THE SOAP DISPENSER.
The plastic has been removed from the 2-compartment sink; eggs are now being stored below the cooler's top edge.
Fish is no longer displayed on ice for sale. They are stored frozen under mechanical refrigeration.
Permit for the coffee bar has been cancelled.

Items still Outstanding:
Remove the older paper towel dispensers from the washrooms and in the area outside the walk-in cooler. Replace with a functioning dispenser in all 3 areas.
Onions have been moved into the store, however, there are other food products being stored in the outside enclosement e.g. canned products, tea, etc. As discussed, NO FOOD ITEMS are to be stored in this area. Keep them inside the store or at the warehouse.
There are still some items stored outside, on the deck, that's not used for the business. Have these removed as discussed.
