1) Two boxes with rodent bait inside observed in back kitchen.
2) Coffee portafiller stored in same container as screwdrivers.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Remove rodent bait. Only physical traps (snap trap and sticky traps) can be used inside a food premises.
2) Do not store coffee portafiller with the tools.
