*Follow-up inspection for sanitizer issue observed at last inspection. *No bleach sanitizer has yet been purchased; staff member on site states staff are still manually diluting quat sanitizer. This is not an acceptable practice, and the last report stated bleach must be purchased and in use on site if a quats dispenser has not been installed. *Quat sanitizer checked with test strips and adjusted to 200ppm during inspection. *Plain bleach (sanitizer) is required by tomorrow morning (20th February 2018). Contact the health unit once this has been purchased. Follow dilution directions listed in last report (1 teaspoon bleach : 1 Litre water). *Failure to follow these requirements will result in the issuance of a correction ORDER, followed by potential violation tickets. *Contact the area inspector if you have any questions.
