Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Soup warmers not in use at this time. Two pots of soup on low heat >60'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-100-200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
-General food storage practice very good. Back storage room satisfactory.
-Low temp dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at plate level after final rinse.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Traps in place.
-General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good.

NOTE: Clean sanitized wet towels placed above prepared sandwiches to prevent them from drying in a stand up cooler. Towels are placed for 1-2 hrs. One time use.
NOTE: Ensure to put small amount of individual coffee cream/dairy each time.
