Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cleaning under the pizza assembly table was completed, but there still is food debris on the floor and wall. Have staff clean these areas.
- The garlic butter spread is being stored in the fridge at all times.
- A new plastic lid for the dry ingredients (in the baking area) has been ordered.
- The following violations have NOT been corrected yet:
1) Cleaning of back wall and strainer basket (of the dishwasher) in the dishwashing area. Food debris still present.
2) Leaking waste pipe (hand sink in bar) and leaking water line (hand sink in waitress area). Water is pooling and attracting & harboring pests.
3) Interior and exterior surfaces of the ice machine have dust and mold on these surfaces.
4) Insulating cover, for the beer lines beneath the bar counter, has dust and mold on these surfaces.
5) Food debris found behind and beneath work/prep tables & equipment in the food processing areas, and on the under sides of prep tables and sinks.

**A follow-up inspection to occur on Sept. 4/18. Failure to address all outstanding violations will result in the further enforcement action such as issuance of orders, tickets, and/or fines.**
