- Follow-up inspection to report #YTAN-CCLQLF.
- All hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bleach sanitizer solution was available at 100 ppm in sanitizer pails and spray bottles. Wiping cloths were stored in sanitizer solution in between uses.
- Cutting boards were properly stored on a wire storage rack. Pots, pans, and other food-related equipment were also properly stored off the floor.
- Hallway and back kitchen area have been reorganized and de-cluttered.
- Plastic food containers intended for single-use have been removed from facility.
- Deep-cleaning under and around cooking equipment and around soy sauce buckets has been completed.
