Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. Handsink by sandwich/sushi prep area is obstructed - used baking trays are placed next to handsink, blocking access to handsink. Paper towel is also not in dispenser for this handsink, it is placed on top of dispenser instead.
2. Handsink at back area is also obstructed - a container for used plastic container is placed in front of handsink, making it difficult to access handsink.
Correction: Handwashing stations must be accessbile at ALL times.
Staff indicated paper towel dispenser is broken. Ensure paper towel is in dispenser.

-->Paper towel dispenser has been fixed at handsink by sushi/sandwich prep area - paper towel in dispenser is now available
-->All handwashing stations are clear of items and unbostructed
