Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: 3-door stand up cooler is measured to be 9.8oC (air temperature). Food temperatures are measured on all three row: left side at 9.3oC (eggs); centre at 6.4oC (cooked meat mixture); and right at 13.1oC (chopped bread). No temperature log is maintained. Thermometer in cooler is reading a temperature of 15oC.
Correction: Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 4oC or less at all times. Do not store foods in cooler until it is fixed. All foods in cooler discarded.

Observation: No sanitizer is made at time of visit.
Correction: Sanitizer bucket must be available in facility at all times.
Comments

The following items have been observed:
-->3-door stand up cooler is adjusted. Temperature varies: left at 3.3oC; center at 3.1oC; and right at 4.4oC. Adjust the cooler to a lower temperature so that all sides of the cooler is maintained at 4oC or less.
-->Bleach sanitizer is present in sanitizer bucket. Concentration is noted at 100ppm chlorine.
-->No food observed thawing at room temperature
-->Handsinks are all clear of items and accessible
-->Rodent droppings haven been removed


Closure Order rescinded. Facility is given approval to re-open.
