- All hand wash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
- Sanitizer available in the back kitchen area and front service area. Reminded operator that single use paper towels should be used to wipe if sanitizer is in spray bottle and reusable cloths towels should be stored in a container of sanitizer in order to prevent microbial growth on the cloths.
- All foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground and covered)
- Operator has replaced missing ceiling tile
- Operator has purchased self closing hinges for the staff washroom door and needs time to install them. To be done by the next routine inspection.
