Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezers at -18 degrees C or less
- No hot holding at time of inspection
- Temperature records available and up-to-date. Hot holding internal temperatures were recorded at 60 degrees C or more.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer measured at 200 ppm from dispenser and in labeled buckets with wiping cloths.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 74 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse.
- Records for surface sanitizer concentration and dishwasher wash/rinse cycle temperatures are available and up-to-date.
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Equipment and utensils are maintained in sanitary condition
- Dry storage is well maintained. Opened food items are stored in pest proof containers. Sample of audited nutritional supplements are within expiry. Dented cans are set aside to be returned to supplier.
- No evidence of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Note: Upright cooler that is accessible from kitchen and dining area is not in use. No food storage.
