Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of prep coolers, walk in cooler & stand-up/under-counter coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Walk in freezers and stand up freezers recorded below -18C
- Hot holding units at the front randomly checked for temperature and recorded above 60C
- All handwash sinks (front and back kitchen) had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in the sanitizer spray bottle and dispensing unit in back kitchen.
- Food storage and handling practices were found satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Jan Aug 2027)
- No signs of pest activity observed.
