Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed one staff member wash hands with no liquid soap and dry hands on a wiping cloth.
Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff member to adequately wash hands at the designated hand wash station using hot/cold running water, liquid soap and dry hands using single use paper towels.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cardboard tray of frozen samosas observed stored on stainless steel counter. Staff unable to produce a receipt and admitted frozen samosas were obtain from a supplier making them in a home kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Ensure all food products are obtrain from approved sources (ie. government inspected facilities).
