Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station by the back (close to the dry storage room) had no paper towels and no liquid soap available.
Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled soap and paper towels after this was pointed out. Please ensure that all handsinks are always stocked with paper towels, liquid soap, and hot/cold running water to facilitate proper handwashing. Proper handwashing is critical to the prevention of foodborne illness.

All cooler and freezer temperatures good:
-Walk in cooler at 2 deg C
-Walk in freezer at -21 deg C
-Glass door cooler: 3.2 deg C
-There are two "True" brand upright cooler. One was at 3.7 deg C, the other was under repair at time of inspection
-All hot held items >60 degrees C
-Note: High temperature dishwasher has been converted to a chemical dishwasher (low temp) : 50 ppm chlorine residual achieved after rinse cycle. Operator indicated that they will be replacing the machine with a new high temperature dishwasher in the future.
-Foods in coolers are all covered
-General sanitation (floors, walls, equipment) is excellent, no signs of any pests
-Bleach sanitizer in rag buckets at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-All staff are wearing hair restraints
