Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floors along the walls in the kitchen and storage room. No evidence of food contamination observed.
Corrective Action(s): Contact professional pest control company for service. Send a copy of the pest control report to the health inspector once available and keep on-site for review. Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized every morning prior to food prep. Store food in pest proof containers. Monitor for pest activity, clean up droppings if observed, and sanitize all surfaces affected by droppings with bleach sanitizer. Correct as soon as possible.
