Follow-up to inspection conducted on January 29, 2020 (Report MLOO-BLASQB) - Hand washing station is fully supplied. No food stored near hand washing stations. - General sanitation has improved in some areas. Floors underneath cooking equipment still require attention. - Bleach sanitizer is available but measured greater than 200 ppm. Ensure 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 cap) bleach is used per 1L water.
