Follow up inspection to report #F00245581 - The operator provided a valid FOODSAFE certificate. Email the copy to health inspector - Quat test strips available. Begin monitoring the sanitizers daily to ensure concentration is at 200 ppm Quat solution. - An updated sanitation plan submitted - The under counter beverage cooler at the front counter at 4C. Health approval granted at the time of the inspection. This approval does not exempt you from receiving approval from other regulatory agencies.
