Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pop wand in the upstairs main bar was found to have mildew growth in the nozzle.
Corrective Action(s): cleaned. ensure that the cap for the wand is removed and wand is cleaned on a more frequent basis.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 issues;
-new low temperature mechanical dishwasher installed in kitchen. This dishwasher was found to have no sanitizer dispensing into the wash well. dishware surface tested 0 ppm chlorine after a dish cycle and sanitizer was not seen dispensing from the dispenser hose in the wash well
-ground floor bar glasswasher was not fully operational at the time of inspection. detergent was not being fed into the machine
-upstairs main bar glasswasher measured 0 ppm chlorine at the dish surface. other issues noted about the machine are as follows: curtains damaged, conveyer damaged, sanitizer injector taped but still leaking
Corrective Action(s): Correction order issued to repair the new low temperature dishwasher in the kitchen (due within 48 hours) as well as to repair/replace both glasswashers. (due within 5 days)
Staff are to clean glassware in upstairs glasswasher and sanitize in a bar sink with a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution
Staff are to clean dishware in new dishwasher and sanitize in the 2 compartment sink with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution
discussed manual warewashing procedures with bar and kitchen staff.
