Observation: Rodent droppings observed on "damaged product" shelf. Specifically behind the flour.
Rodent droppings observed under cleaning supply shelf on floor.
Rodent droppings observed in the front of the store in the following places:
- Aisle 10 lower shelf behind Mr. Noodles and Asian Noodles
- Bottom shelf of nut storage

Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes as mentioned in the Pest Technician reports.
