FoodSafe Certifications available on site. Handwashing sinks adequately supplied. QUATs surface sanitizer at 200ppm. High temperature dishwasher at 78.2C at plate surface. Fridge temperatures at or below 4C. Chest freezer temperatures at -18C. Temperature and dishwasher logs kept and available. Pest control company in place - Ecolab completes monthly visits.
