Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AUPRQX:

- The gap at the bottom of the back door has been sealed with a rubber door sweep.
- Daily temperature logs were available on site and up-to-date. Temperature is recorded twice daily.
- All coolers and freezers are equipped with working thermometers.
- FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Surface sanitizers available in white bucket with presoaked wiping cloth at 100ppm chlorine solution. Ensure to have surface sanitizers available in each station (ie. serving, main prep area).
- Ensure that all containers used for food storage are food grade. Check with the manufacturer's specification.
