Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher option "dry heat" selected during a cleaning cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the dishwasher is set for the "sanitize" option during a cleaning cycle. All dishware must be properly sanitized after use.
-Operator noted that the sanitize light is burned out but the sanitize option still works and has been tested by a technician.
-Verify all staff are aware of the burned out light and the importance of the sanitize option during dishwashing.
