Food store - dairy: -Dairy walk-in-cooler was at or below 4 degrees C and it was equipped with a thermometer. Cooler fan covers appeared clean. Lights were encased in shatter-resistant covers. -With exception of removing incidentally broken eggs and re-arranging the uncracked eggs into cartons, further handling is not conducted of the dairy products according to the Assistant Store Manager. -Dairy products are received from approved sources, stored inside the dairy cooler, and offered for sale in the retail store. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Assistant Manager consented to receive this inspection report via email.
