- Temperature Control: No concerns noted this date. Monitoring required and conducted.
- Food Storage: Acceptable. Stock rotation discussed. Monitoring of all expiration/best before dates are required. An effort is to be made to keep all items stored off of floors.
- Sanitation: Ongoing. Storage areas are to be kept clean and organized at all times. Areas along the walls are to be kept free of clutter. Cooler floors and dairy shelving is to be cleaned routinely. All unused items are to be removed to free up space. As discussed, this is part of an effective rodent control program.
- Pest Control Services: An active pest control program is currently on site. Pest Control reports are kept on site for review. Exterior door sweeps are to be kept in good repair.
- Structurally: Rusted/discolored shelving noted.
- Garbage and Recycling Storage: Storage area is to be kept clean and organized. Garbage bin lids are to be kept closed at all times. All/any debris noted on the ground is to be picked up asap. Monitoring required.
- Covid Safety plans and procedures are in place.
