A second follow-up inspection was conducted in regards to the violations observed on February 26, 2019: Cleaning is well underway and more will be done. One additional staff in the kitchen during the inspection. After a deep-cleaning has been conducted, the goal is maintain sanitation such that it does not build-up to this degree again Wood shelves in the second/prep room have been painted (Great). As discussed in the inspection report dated February 26, 2019, all raw wood surfaces must be painted, holes in the walls must be repaired, and raw concrete must be sealed by late August 2019.
