Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection kitchen designated hand sink obstructed with chair. Also the paper towel dispenser was empty.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure this hand sink is kept clear of obstructions, is available for use at all times, and is provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.

Observation:
- Food debris accumulations observed in the preparation cooler lower section door seals.
- Food debris accumulations also observed in the tracks for the sliding glass door cooler.
- Some spillage of dry food products observed in the storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the door seals, tracks for the sliding glass door cooler and shelves/floor in the dry storage room. Correct by April 10, 2019.

Bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Dishwasher registers 76 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
