Confirm ownership/ owner is away at the time of inspection Met with Ken, on site and he holds a FS lev 1 training Facility is ONLY TAKE OUT -All coolers operated below 4C -All hot holding at > 60°C ( purple rice ) -Three-compartment sink for manual dishwashing with bleach sanitizer at 200ppm -Ice machine / scoop stored outside in the bucket and is well-maintained -Temperature logs need to be up to date
