Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the church registrar Trevor. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Hand sinks in the kitchen fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water. - Currently the kitchen was only used for making coffee.No food processing on site. No perishable food stocked. - Two freezers measured < -18 C - 1 fridge measured at 1.0 C - Dishwasher was measured 72.1 C by the end of the cycle. - Bleach was used for sanitizing the kitchen. Staff knows how to make 100ppm bleach solution. - No expired prepackaged food observed. - No grease built up on the ventilation exhaust hood. Last service was on Sep. 31, 2021. The coming service scheduled to next week. - All the utensils well kept in the pull-out drawer. All business handles placed towards users. - No pest activity observed during the inspection.
