Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. The small freezer was < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm at the 3-compartment sink and in the sanitizer buckets. No evidence of pests. Pest control reports available for review. General sanitation was satisfactory.
