Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 50ppm Chlorine at the plate. Sanitizer bottle had run dry.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Sanitizer solution was changed for new bottle, unit was primed, Manager was shown how to trouble shoot issue, all blenders etc. washed through dishwasher at time of inspection to ensure these items were properly sanitized.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure dishwasher solution is checked DAILY. This should be done a the start of the shift to ensure dishwasher is fully operational for the day.
Test strips were available on site for the dishwasher during inspection.

- Test strips available for use for sanitizer solution and for low temperature dishwasher
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units
