Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CX8QXX.
All violation in report#JCHY-CX8QXX has been corrected:
-Underneath the cookline (i.e.: flat grill, deep fryer, stove) observed to be in sanitary condition. Grease and food build-up observed to be removed from underneath the heavy equipment. Operator informed that underneath the heavy equipment are thoroughly cleaned weekly, exhaust hood vents 1x-2x/week depending on operation.
-Correction Order rescinded.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

NOTE: Ensure all staffs' FOODSAFE Level 1 certification are available upon inspector request for validation. At this time only 2 staffs' FOODSAFE Level 1 were presented in file left in the dry storage area.
