-Discussed increasing food storage space. -Discussed how soups are prepared and stored afterwards. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, pest control comes on site regularly. The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. The glaswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
