Old broken freezers have been removed.
New stainless steel cooler have been purchased-registered 4 C or below.
New line cooler across from the grill-4 C or below.
Raw meats/poultry and vegetables are now stored in their designated buckets. Good.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles is labelled.
Liquid soap now available at the front hand sink.
